What you can expect to hear:

“Roll A Stone” is a thing of orchestral, grand beauty.” – NPR

“Together, they present a more down-to-earth Arcade Fire and a more gripping Of Monsters and Men while nicely filling the void left by The Civil Wars’ breakup” – Chicago Sun Time

“Enjoy the bittersweet, autobiographical harmonies of one of Minneapolis’ greatest singer/songwriters.” – Clash Magazine

” … captures that pleasingly melancholy mood … songs both hushed and driving, always riding that fine line between rocking out and holding back.” – The AV Club

“As opposed to others in the clump of bands desperately trying to ride in the post-Fleet Foxes/Bon Iver fauxlk (that would be “faux folk”) wake, these guys sound tight as hell — as though they actually finally put down the homebrew and hauled themselves to band practice.” – Noisey

“With guitars doused in reverb and Kim Deal-esque backing vocals, the song catches your ear with a familiarity that still sounds fresh. It projects a sense of effortless cool.” – NPR

“Intricate guitar melodies with gorgeous, haunting vocals layered on top … ” – Paste Magazine

“One of the year’s best albums arrives Friday, and it’s about damn time.” – Star Tribune
